Lucu juga kalo denger dan liat advertising salah satu produsen telepon seluler dari Finland nowadays, " A Website In Your Hand "
Kira2 maksud nya apa ya? Dari dulu juga AFAIK setiap smartphone pasti di "jejelin" sama web browser, either yang mobile version or yang bisa full html sekalipun. Mungkin perbedaannya terletak pada kecepatan jaringan nya...kalo dulu cuma sampai GPRS dan Edge..sekarang melesat di 3g bahkan HSDPA.

Blackberry, handset yang satu ini memang bukan barang baru lagi sebetulnya. Tapi ga tau kenapa, seakan2 sekarang Blackberry menjadi suatu Icon dalam social life. IMHO, ini hanya suatu phase atau trend aja. Ada some people yang memang bener2 perlu akan BIS nya. Dan ga sedikit juga yang cuma asal pake aja..yang penting looks update..halah...

Kalo melihat life-pattern ( aiih, pola hidup maksudnya ) gw, yang mostly 4 weeks di darat & 4 weeks di laut...kayaknya lucu aja kalo pake Blackberry, let's say 4 weeks di darat nya
bisa gw pake secara optimal BIS nya..tapi kalo lagi di laut? Ga kepake sama sekali...sayang juga kan kalo harus bayar untuk sesuatu yang ga kita pake?

Tapi kalo soal send-receive pushed email yang real-time, memang harus diakui ketangguhan Blackberry. Dan memang market nya untuk bussiness phone. Jadi kalo sekarang rame banget yang pake BB mulai dari Seleb, anak kuliahan, pengangguran, dll

Yaah, yang penting sesuai kebutuhan aja lah sekarang..apalagi sekarang di saat Rupiah mulai terpuruk..harus lebih smart deh...

It has been a week for me with no "decent internet connection". Just being armed with a " Edge Gprs " phone.. But that ain't stop me for writing on the wall, even the Big Wall of China is still at hands...hehehe

A text-only will do...no mega to terra connections for a while..no worries..still can live with it..

Memang gadget yang satu ini ga ada matinya untuk urusan modding dan aplikasi pendukung lainnya...banyak juga sih smartphone lainnya seperti Symbian based, Winmob, Linux.. Tapi untuk yang satu ini, benar2 Amazing, stunning dan Fun! Yup, betul sekali.. Sebuah mahakarya dari Apple Electronic (aiih, mahakarya) ini memang unbelivable...

Cuma amat sangat disayangkan, bluetooth iPhone hanya bisa digunakan untuk hansfree aja...ga ky hape2 lain yg dg mudah send via bluetooth..kalo iPhone, cuma ada send via email...hiks

Iseng2 cari Apps yg free dari iTunes, nemu ini aplikasi..namanya BlogWriterLite, ya...dari namanya aja udah cukup jelas...versi gratisan nya dibatasi dengan Text blogging aja, dan built-in RSS reader nya dibatasi hanya dg 2 subscription aja...gapapa lah..test dolo..nanti kalo cucok, baru beli...eh? Beli? Hahahaha
Versi berbayar nya bisa photo blogging, photo geotag, serta RSS reader nya tak berbatas..

Layanan blog yang didukung yaitu Google Blogger (blogger.com/blogspot), MSN Live Spaces, Wordpress...

Cuma sekedar share aja, yang sering install ulang distro hackintosh berkali2 (

kayak gw ) pasti ribet juga kalo harus nge burn .iso nya ke DVD

baru...itu juga kalo nge burn nya sukses, kalo ngga kan waisting DVD aja...

Berikut langkah-langkah nya, dilakukan dengan menggunakan Disk Utility di

Leopard...

OK, let's get to the point ...

1. Siap kan HDD External atau USB Flashdrive dengan kapasitas minimum 8gb.

2. Buka Disk Utility di Leopard, buat partisi di HDD/Flashdrive anda dengan format Mac
OS Journaled dan pastikan dengan memilih Opsi MBR di Options. Klik Apply.

3. Mount .iso hackintosh anda ( drag aja ke Disk Utility dan klik 2x sampai Icon
Installer nya keluar ).

4. Dari Partisi yang telah kita buat di step nomor 2, kilk Restore. Pilih .iso
hackintosh nya sebagai source dan Partisi Mac OS Journaled step nomor 2 sebagai
destination nya ( cukup drag aja ).

5. Setalah selesai, Quit dari Disk Utility dan Install Chameleon
di Partisi yang telah restore tersebut.

6. Done, dan coba deh restart dan set BIOS untuk boot 1st ke USB HDD yang telah kita
buat.


Tested by me and it's working.

Udah memendam hasrat ingin update Leopard ke 10.5.4 dari 10.5.5, namun karena hasrat dan rasa penasaran terus meghantui ( halah ), tadi malem memberanikan diri buat update ke Leopard 10.5.5. Update file yang berukuran 316.9MB tersebut bisa diambil di website official nya Apple. Berikut adalah list update nya :

Addresses stability issues with video playback, processor core idling, and remote disc sharing for MacBook Air.
Addresses an issue in which some Macs could unexpectedly power on at the same time each day.

Trick buat yang memakai hackintosh adalah :

hapus file di /System/Library/Extensions/AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext
sebelum restart.

Atau bisa juga yang seneng jadi Preman Terminal,

ketik : “while sleep 1 ; do rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext ; done”
( tanpa tanda petik ), di atas adalah cara nya netkas.

Setelah restart, kl gw sih ketik -v -f di Darwine Bootloader, soalnya kalo langsung restart aja pasti looping.
PowerManagement.bundle juga harus replace lagi dengan yang udah di modded. Yang lain lainnya berfungsi spt biasa.

This is probably the almost perfect Hackintosh I have ever had. It's a BenQ Joybook S32W-LE24.
Santa Rosa based laptop with X3100 graphic card, T8100Ghz, 800FSB, 3GB RAM, 160GB HDD...just perfect

Instalation using iDeneb 10.5.4 v.1, had a little problem though with the keyboard... I guess it's because iDeneb's
distro had a little issue regarding this. Haven't try with other Hackintosh Distro yet, i.e Kalyway cos my Kalyway 10.5.1 DVD
installer is still with my friend...hehehe

What makes it even perfect is the WLAN chipset is Atheros AR5006EG, which is runs perfect with hackintosh.
Even the firewire is detected. As for the Ethernet LAN, I have to edited the device ID with my own's in the IONetworkingfamily.kext ( Chun-Nan's @insanelymac). The built in bluetooth also works out of the box. With the Shortkey infront of the housing and pressing the Fn+F12 will make the Bluetooth's ON and OFF...perfect.

The bulit in webcam works only with Chat Client i.e Yahoo Messenger, not working with Photobooth and iChat.
Audio Out works OOTB with Apple Azalia, but Audio In is still not working, but I already have it solved with my Motorola HT-820 Stereo Bluetooth Headset which makes it even perfect...

Power management works with Powermanagement.bundle at insanelymac, I forgot which Thread though...hehehe
This laptop can hold up to 4 hrs usage with Wifi. Perfect.

All updates from Apple, iLife 2008, iTunes 8.0 works without having any difficulties.

Begitulah kira-kira Spesifikasi Produk yang tertera di Box mesin yang terinstall WinXP dan OSX86 Leopard 10.5.4.

Sebetulnya laptop ini di anjurkan untuk memakai Vista, terbukti dengan disediakan nya driver berupa CD untuk Windows Vista, tapi karena kurang nyaman aja kalo pake Vista, ya sudah, pake XP aja deh….hehe

Tapi yang paling unggul dari laptop ini adalah sudah memakai Santa Rossa dan Chipset Wireless LAN nya adalah Atheros AR5006EG, jangan lupa kartu grafis yang sudah X3100, ini menandakan akan sangat baik kalau memakai OSX86 a.k.a hackintosh.

Sempet di bikin pusing juga gara-gara tidak tersedia nya driver-driver pendukung untuk WinXP, thanks to stealthmaster[at]motolovers.or.id a.k.a Adi, yang telah menunjukkan ke Link Lokal untuk Drivers nya.

Satu kata buat Apple Inc, CAPE DEE...( itu dua kata yak? ) Katanya Firmware 2.1 yang akan di rilis hari Selasa (besok). *seperti yang sudah2, hari Selasa merupakan hari Keramat utk Apple, mulai dari launching Macbook Air, update firmware iPhone, semuanya di laksanaken pada hari Selasa* (kalo di Rig Gw hari Selasa adalah Crew Change nya Rig Crew,,ahahah) Di firmware ini akan ada "hidden features" ( kira2 apa ya ?) Kayaknya ada hubungannya sama GPS services dan Push Email nya ( yg kadang2 suka duduls...hihihihi) OK lah, sambil nunggu besok release nya, mending cari tau gmn cara Jailbreak di firmware 2.1 ini...ahahahaha

Dari kemarin udah kepikiran, pingin bikin tempat "bernaung" yang settle di dalam dunia bits and bytes ;)
